특징 및 원리
세포질, 기관 등 유기체 안에서 유전자와 단백질의 기능 및 역할을 연구하기 위한 형광물질을 투여한 C. elegans, 초파리, Danio rerio (zebrafish), Mus musculus 등을 형광현미경 시야에서 관찰함에 있어서 본래 유기체에 있는 형광관측을 위한 완전한 현미경은 기관, 세포내의 정밀한 관찰을 위한 높은 해상력과 낮은 배율에서 높은 배율로 확대시에 그 위치의 탐지가 용이하여야 하는데 본 장비는 위의 요구조건을 충족하고 저조도 광조건 하에서서도 밝은 시야와 높은 해상력을 보여준다.
