1. Mission

The Department of Taekwondo aims to develop advanced human resources with creative academic research ability and leadership by building up student character and exploring in-depth academic theories and application methods in the relevant fields of Taekwondo. By doing so, it seeks to produce specialized Taekwondo leaders who can serve the local community, the country, and humankind.

2. Curriculum

  • The Department of Taekwondo provides a course for a Master's degree (hereinafter referred to as "Master's program") and a course for a Ph.D. degree (hereinafter referred to as "Doctoral program").
  • Master’s and Doctoral program consists of Taekwondo Studies, International Taekwondo Studies and Exercise Prescription Rehabilitation.
