Educational objectives
The Graduate School of Real Estate aims to strengthen practical expertise in real estate by integrating knowledge from various fields such as law, economics, policy, and management to effectively respond to the rapidly changing real estate market.
It seeks to scientifically understand the economic phenomena of the real estate market and to explore practical ways to develop limited resources in a balanced way and use them efficiently, fostering professionals with real-world expertise.
The main curriculum includes real estate development, real estate policy, real estate economics, real estate marketing, and real estate taxation. The program trains practitioners with practical problem-solving skills and innovative thinking across all areas of real estate.

Vision
Students majoring in Real Estate acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge as well as expertise and application skills across the entire real estate field, enabling them to work as professionals in a variety of sectors. Specifically, they may pursue careers in specialized real estate businesses, financial institutions, insurance companies, securities firms, general corporations, and public institutions. They can also obtain certifications such as Certified Appraiser, Licensed Real Estate Agent, Housing Manager, or Cadastral Engineer to engage in professional practice, or work as real estate specialists or public officials in corporations or government agencies.
